When Katy approached us and asked us to create a new logo for her home bakery business - Katy’s Kitchen - she already had a strong idea of how she wanted to present her brand. Classy but friendly, and fluid but defined.
We worked closely with Katy, experimenting with different icons, type styles and colour schemes, and eventually settled on a minimalist, hand drawn icon. The logo was to be primarily used throughout Katy’s social media channels, alongside business cards, stamps and stickers. As well as appealing to a wide age range, we especially wanted it to capture the attention of 20 – 30 year olds, as this was the primary age range of Katy’s customer base.
